Does anyone on here have a problem with the clutch cable rubbing on the header of the x6 exhaust system. I called Sparks and they told me to adjust the cable to be longer so it'll clear the header, but it still doesn't. I dunno how to fix the prob.

you just need to bend the black clutch cable guide down by the engine.and you will be fine.

no actually i don't. i know i bent mine a decent amount and it sits probably 3/4 to 1 inch away and i havn't had a problem for over a 1/2 year.

did you bend the thing on the cover that has the two bolts in it that holds the cable itself?

no, the only thing i bent was the black cable guide.

Loosen the guide and turn it instead of bending it.

route it under the headers and up to the left of the steering stem. I clipped mine into the white piece of plastic thats under the gas tank and also zip tied it to that tab

heat tape is nice to have as well
