for my 450r i want to run plus 2 lt roll design arms with elkas and a plus 1 1/4 swing arm with elka ans link with a plus 4 axle. i am selling my crf450 and hopefully by summer i'll have my new 450r set up.

my 650 is a desert monster. for startors it has an xr650r engine with the hrc kit, weisco piston, uni filter, and a custom made graydon proline pipe. dean sundaul is a friend of mine and i convinced him to help me build this creation. sundahl builds all his own bikes from the ground up but usually with a banshee engine and more yamaha geometry. my bike is similar to his but it has the 650 engine and more honda style geometry. in desert racing there is a limit to how wide the quads can be, 50 inches. so usually the top bikes will be running a foot or so of travel. with this bike we crossed the arms and designed it more off a buggy rather than a quad. the arms are almost like having plus 8 a arms but still under 50 inches wide because they cross. this resulted in nearly 17 inches of travel up front and we got about 17 in the rear as well. with the gearing it has it does about a little over 100. this thing can take anything the desert can throw at it. i love it to death. i was supposed to ride for graydon proline among other sponsors in the bitd and score series this year and give the factory teams hell but i am moving and going to be going to a new college so i will not be able to race desert for some time now. it sucks a LOT. but hey that;s life.

just about everything on the bike was hand built by dean sundahl and the waiting list for him to build a bike is like 3 years.

Coop, what kind of pipe is that on the 450 and whats the power like? Also what kind of a arms are those on the 450

the pipe on my trx450r is a white bros we2 slip on and it works great. added a ton of low with a good mid hit. the arms are stock though. the pipe on my crf450 is a fmf titainium 4 and that this works really good but is very very loud. the arms on this bike are roll design +3.

WOW, I am so happy to hear "DANCIN DEAN" is still active in the atv world. He is the original atv bad***. I dont know how many races I have been in where IN MY IMAGINATION I was DANCIN DEAN going in for the kill. He was the king of desert racers and in my eyes he is a god.:) Thank you Dean, for everything you have done for the sport.
