engine swap

I own a 92 f-150 4x4 with a 302 in it. and it's sort of a lemon, and well a piece of ****. So I found a late 70's ford with a 351 in it and it runs reeeeeeeeeeeal good, and has plenty of power. But i tihnk it's a carb. how hard is this engine swap gonna be? is it possible? what will i need? any info would be great

well since your goin from fuel injection to a carbed motor, the swap would be cake the only real thing you would have to worry bout would be the motor mounts, finding a tranny that will bolt to that motor and also accept your transfercase
