300ex Problem

Well my 300ex had been runnin fine for awhile now and just a couple now when I hit WOT and im runnin that for awhile it starts to sputter but then if i let off and let it slow down and get back up to top end its fine until about 1 min it starts it again. So I bought a new spark plug and it was fine but after the first time I got wot it was fine then I did it again and it happend again. I was runnin a plug for extened high speed ridin which I do but it now has a stock on in it. Its like its hittin the rev limiter but all I have is a fmf full exhuast 400ex carb, with k&n filter and no airbox lid, oil cooler and 14 38 gearing. So I dont know if it is or not some please help me!

Sounds like your rich on the main.....drop the main jet a couple then do a plug check.....or better yet do one now and tell me what color it is......

Its like a gray when i have it in real bright light but under normal light its a real light tan
