Assembly lube

The hotcams instructions say not to use assembly lubes with molybdenum disulfides in them, what assembly lubes have you guys used and liked? By the way can you reuse the head cover gasket, or is a new one needed?

i always use an assembly lube on the rest of the motor and on the cams i coat it with oil real good then right before i go to fire it up for the first time i pour bout a cup oil thru the valve adjustment caps
