is there any way to check to see if a frame that i bought is bent or not

Its more likley for the frame to crack instead of bend. I would look for cracks in all of the weak spots(shock mounts, a-arm mounts etc..) Just look at the frame, you should be able to notice if its bent.

the guy rolled the quad and i got the frame there is no pait chips or rust spots on the frame at all so i don't thnk it is bent at all but just want to make sure before i get it powder coated

well depending on how hard the role was, I doubt its bent. May be cracked, just look around for them. I have rolled mine a few times and my frame cracked in half up by the top left motor mount;)
