Is it worth the money to rejet my 250ex I have a wb s-bend will I notice any power gains rejeting after I put on my new pipe I did notice some popping at higher speeds once I let of the gas I pulled the plug it looked good please help.

Well, if you are popping, then it definitely sounds lean to me. Its not expensive... jets are like 3-5 bucks each depending on where you get them. Get a couple different sizes above the stock one and give it a try. Im sure you will feel the results are worth it. :)

yes it is worth it. you will get feel it alot more if you add a jet and filter to your pipe. you will get better respone. your engine will run a lot better and you won't foul a plug as fast and often

Thank you is it hard to rejet what do I need to do I talked to a guy at a shop by me and he said it would cost me 75$ to put on the new main jet and needle jet. I would like to do this my self and save some money I known I need a bigger main jet but do I need to put in a new needle jet.

I would have to say its worth the $2.99 for a main jet.

Do I need to take the carb off compleatly to get to the main jet.

I cannot believe that a shop/dealer told you they would charge $75 for just changing the main jet and needle jet. That is crazy! I guess they are making around $70/hr....sounds a little high for a quad shop.
