i got a call this evening after i got home wanting me to take a survey about my new 450. they called earlier but mom told them to call back after i got home. since i knew they would call back well i was ready to tell them about a few things i thought could be helpfull like a plug for the taillight removal ect ect. well they asked me about 3 or 4 questions about the quad, am i happy with it and if it my 1st quad. then the biggest shock, she asked me about 10 mins worth of questions about the tool kit and if i liked the placement on the quad. they also asked what tools came in the kit and would i be interested in buying a name brand kit for it from the dealership if it was offered. they also asked me what i would do if i broke down, i told them i would walk to the truck since it would be at the edge of the track.
i think they should be asking how it handled and what the owner thought about it instead of the tool kit. this is a more serious quad then what the adverage rider would own, so i think everyone here has enough tools to do what they want.

I got a call last night and they asked all kinds of questions. Stuff like what I liked the most and disliked the most, what kind of changes would I make, did I know about the YFZ etc. A lot of the questions I was asked to rate on a 1-5 scale, that sort of thing. I actually enjoyed giving some feedback, then the guy asked if I would participate in future surveys, I said absolutley.

So did any of you say you would change the bike, like maybe get some color options next year?? I think its cool Honda is calling around trying to see what people like and dislike about the 450r.

I never thought of a color option. Of course I have always preached that Honda's are red!

I really thought that I was getting the " tool kit call" as well. They never mentioned the tool kit. I did tell them that "I " would like to see an electric start, the suspension fixed and or at least adjusted different from the plant, and maybe some different gear ratios.
