i puchased a pro-design case saver, along w/renthal stock sprockets front and rear and a renthal chain all at the same time and installed them together.ive put alot of hours on it and have always made sure my chain was the right tension but it is eating my case saver at the bottom side of the front sprocket. i hate to drop a tooth to fix it cause i know im supposed to replace the sprockets and chain together. the sprockets look fine too. has anyone else had this prob.:(

Are you running a 15 tooth countershaft sprocket or 16 tooth? I just switched to a 16 tooth Renthal and Im just going to grind down my Nac's case saver with a dremel until it clears; that's all you need to do, it won't hurt anything.

i think the chain just rides on the bottom of the case saver. i know mine does it with the 16 on so i grinded a bit down. i am wondering it it even did it with the stock sprocket on??
