Along with the thread Lukester pointed out, the Helm (Honda) service manual for the 450R does a good walk u thru of camshaft removal and replacement...

Ok thanks alot. Going to order a service manual today then. I am not sure what cam yet but thinking the hrc since it is made by honda.
