I just got my +3 long travel a-arms, I had houser +2 standard a-arms before with a 3+2 offset. I Think I need the 4+1.25 offset wheels with my new a-arms. I am just makeing sure before I go ordering new wheels. So if any one has this same setup let me know. Thanks

yes you will need 4:1 offset rims on +3 aarms to keep it at 50 inches.:)

this is true....you will not need to buy the 4-1 offset, you will fit under 50" unlike what ridered suggests. I am running Roll Design +3s with stock rims and I am around 49.25"

Chris your bumpsteer is gonna be outa control with no stabilizer I would think.

CHeaper to buy a stabilizer than 2 new rims...

No rico i need them offset rims to be at 50 inchs, and so that every thing works properly and I ain't puttin no stress on any ball joints. I already ordered the 4+1 offset rims today, thier the same as my old ones with the billet center.

A friend ordered +3's, John Houser recommends the 4+1 with them. :p

It common sense I had +2 inch a-arms so I had 3+2 offset rims, the right offset for that setup, so now I have +3 inch a-arms so I need 4+1 offset rims for that setup. my rear wheels are at 50 inchs and you don't want your front end to be wider or shorter than your rear or it doe's not handle that good and its not good on your balljoints.

:o i wasnt argueing the fact that it would handle better with the 4-1s, i was just sayin you will still be under 50" with the stock offset so if you say didnt have money for the 4-1 rims you could still run whatever rims you had on there til you did get the $ needed.

if you have your ball joints properly adjusted you wont have any problems with them unless you hit something :)

i'd listen to justin, he knows what hes talking about, i have +3 burgards with 4-1 and i could have easily run 3-2 with room like he had told me when i asked him awhile back, i went with 4-1 because it handles better and less bumpsteer, i dont have a stabalizer and i have some bumpsteer with the 4-1's would be a bit more with the 3-2

thanks...i should be getting that cooler mounted up pretty soon, my dad is making some custom mounting brackets so it can sit between the steering stem and the front frame rails. i will still be able to leave the damper and ressies and everything where they are

We have Herrmann Racing +3's. I ordered 4+1 offset rims, and it put me at 48". Now we have had to order 3+2 offset rims to go to 50". I would suggest putting on your stock rims and measuring prior to ordering. It might save you some moneys!!
