loud tick

k so i flipped my 400ex on the weekend and now i've got a wicked tick upin the top end of my engine, when it warms up...and it kinda comes and goes but when its there i can hear it over my exaust......anyone have any idea's....so far its not seeming to effect the performance but i'm sure it cant be good

does it sound almost like a knocking? mine does that when it first warms up but then its fine after its warmed up.

i guess you could say its a knock, sounds more like a loud tick though...but mine doesnt go away when it warms up....it actually isnt noticable untill after its warm, and gets louder when ya get it up to higher RPM's......i'm just hopin its not a lifter or somethin.

No lifters on a OHC motor :-)

that'de be the sound.....when you got it up to high rpm's could ya hear it over your exaust as your riding??
