I can see where people would think it's a cool idea, but it you think a little further, it's just kinda dumb.

The mini-choppers are cool for the same reasons that little 50cc dirtbikes are cool. They aren't meant to be ridden fast or aggressively. They're not serious machines, just fun little toys.

Five to ten horsepower is a fun little toy. A 30HP 400EX engine is getting beyond the realm of a little toy, and moving into actual machine for serious use, especially if you make it street legal. And let's face it, for an actual chopper for serious use, 30hp is a weak little machine. Plus, I'm sure the ride and handling of that machine isn't nearly as nice as a true professionally-designed chopper.

Basically, why are minis cool? Because they are minis. Sure, if you think of it as a mini, I guess it's cool, but at 30hp and 7 ft long, that thing is too big and too powerful to be considered a mini, and too far into the realm of real chopper. As a real chopper, lets face it, its weak and it's ugly.

I'm sure it must be fun but a little bit too powerful, because obvioussly something like that is meant to putt around on. And I'm sure it's obnoxioussly loud with just that straight pipe. I've heard mine with a straight pipe and god was it a crappy sound...

Ya, its cool, but the fram doesnt fit the EX engine very well, there to much empty space between the engine and the frame. Prolly wasnt ment to have an ex engine, but he should of had it planed out a bit better before he stuck that engine in there.

If it had a better fitting frame and a show quality pipe and a little more chrome It would be very sweet. There has been crappier bikes bring close to double that at bike week in Daytona.

Its all good! Someone just decided to put a 400ex engine in a mini chopper frame. Practical? No. Fun? Yes.
