i am on itps website and they make the turf tamers and stuff now from titan... when did they do that i always thought they were differnt companys... heres the link http://www.itptires.com/titan.html

They recently merged, Titan was bought out.

turf tamers were originally made by Armstrong before titan bought them.

With ITP making them I would think the Quality is better. LRD is right, I remember some other Company making a Tire that looked like the Turf Tamer.

no..not look alikes. i got dico turf tammers out in the garage but there old. like 4 years i think.

Yeah the 2001 Nac's catalog is so outdated they still have DICO turfs in there. I have titans on my 400 right now. I guess they will have the ITP logo on them now? Or shall I say itp turf tamers?

LRD, How are they the same then?

400exRacerX, I`m not sure why Nac`s has Dico in there. Everybody knows Titan made them. Now ITP does though.

They will still be Titan turf tammers. ITP just owns the company.

ITP must be doing that so everybody still knows those are the Real Turf Tamers. A lot of the Guys are running MX Holeshots now anyways. I would run the Razr MX if I was going to Race MX.

I guess i was wrong....i was looking throught the new dirtwheels...AGAIN.....and i noticed the ITP spread....then i got deeper into it and noticed Turf Tamer Tires...and right above them in bold letters it says CARLISLE. So now they are Carlisle Turf Tamers.
