416?

I know this has been asked alot but i have some questions about the 416. With the 11:1 what kind of fuel would i have to run? Also with the 416, a stage 1 or 2 hotcam and possible porting, would the stock crank hold up?Would i also have to get a clutch kit? Also how compettive would it be with a stock raptor? Thanks in advance.

i would say u should run half race gas and half 93

the crank is fine...u may want to get a clutch kit...mine beats stock and modified raptors...easily

Yeah i like to run at least a 1/2 and 1/2 mixture of race fuel, and 93 amaco. Yur rod, should be just fine though

My buddie, has pretty well the same set up i have, except he is running a stage two hotcams, and he can pull about 1/2-a whole bike length on a freind of ours honda 450 with the HRC kit. And installing a 416kit, i think gives you the most bang for your buck!

Is there a differnet piston with the 416 i can get so i dont have to run race fuel? I ride a lot and i coudnt afford it. Also who does good portwork for a good price?

I run just 93 by it self alot in my quad with a 11:1 compression and i havent had a problem yet! And im not real sure about port work, mine was done by a race shop in my area!

Thanks guys. Ill just get the 11:1 if its safe to run 93. Ill check around for the portjob.
