they are people who try to control what is showed on TV and said in public... like killing on TV, sexual jokes on the radio, thongs on MTV, anything like that...


like when janet jackson boobs fell out they flipped out about it... they got howard stern fired bc everytime he said something funny and bad over the air which most of the time was true they would fine him... eventuall the fines were so high the broadcast company had to let him go bc they couldn't afford it... its all B.S!
