I Need Help

ok i got a 300ex that i just rebuilt its got a wiseco hi-compression piston in an other wise stock engine exept for graydon supper trapp pipe. and now that its all back together i doesnt want to run right. i adjusted the valves that doesnt help. as soon as it gets like 3/4 throttle it starts to cut out constantly. could it be the rev limiter or something like that???

any help would be great.
