Hit "scan now it's free." Follow the instructions.

Also try, vil.nail.com/vil/stinger download the Stinger tool. This is not an antivirus program but only a virus scanner. If you have Win ME or Win XP, you should disable system restore before scanning. I also recommend downloading an antivirus program. Here is one for free.
