starting after getting

Does anyone else have a problem after going through water too fast having the engine die and then having difficulty starting it? I even have problems starting my 400EX just after washing it with a typical garden hose. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Dave

It sounds like water is getting into the engine. Check the seals, from the carb to the engine to see if there is a leak.

Also check to see if you are getting water in through your intake. Maybe too much water is getting into your airbox.
