What do they do to the shock to set them up for extended arms? I have Works Triple Rates and I need them revalved for my +2+1 Arms, my dad wants to know exactly why I need to send them in and why I can't put them on now. I have put them on but obviously the shock wasn't set up for the longer length so it's super-soft.

Anyone want to give a detailed explanation?

Wilkin? :D I know you know a lot of stuff, or does your knowledge not extend past engines and carbs?:D

Thanks in advance.

since ur a-arms are longer it increases the levarage on the shocks from the a-arms... this makes the shocks softer...

when u get it revalved the change the valving in the shock so it lets more or less oil through... when it does this it lets the shock compress easier or softer... when ur shocks are 2 soft they change the valving to let less oil threw which makes the shock harder to compress...
