Ebay troubles

to sum it all up i got ****ed.


i bought a piston off ebay march 28th, mailed a money order for 136 dollars. a week later i recieved an email saying he got the money. its over a month now and nothing. i checked his feedback and theres other epople saying they never recieved pistons either. but any other part went threw perfectly. and to top it off hes no longer a registered user. they suspended him. i called the guy 5 or 6 times leaving messages and emailed him numerous times. anyway i can nail this scumbag?

give ebay a call to

I d say cancle the M.O. but thats been cashed by now...File a fraud report on him thru EBay keep us posted i do alot of EBaying also

Deffinetly keep us posted!! thats soo fED up people do that, what happens when u file for fraud or whatever??u get ur money back? u can press charges?

im gunna find out if the MO was even cashed yet. if it was, i will most def be filing for fraud

i bet it was cashed, if he shipped it then it will deffinetly be cashed, if he wants to rip you off its cashed, i dont think he would let that money sit there without bein cashed but i dunno good luck:macho
