HOw hard is this? 450R shocks w/ ressies to fit on a stock 400ex a-arms?

I tried seaching but I can't find it.... But I have a stock sus. on my 400ex and I can get some 450R shocks cheap all the way around.. How hard would it be to fit the front and rear 450r shocks?????
