Honda of Troy.....Unreliable!

Just wanted to pass on the word, Ordered parts from them, they said they were in stock and ready to ship, and would recieve them in 2 days. 3 days go by, no parts..............called them, they said item is backordered.......and they never called to let me know. Now I'm out of luck! And this is not the first time that this has happened with them! :cuss: :mad:

Buyers Beware! Don't count on this place for a timely shippment!:mad:

Some of my sparks parts got back ordered and they didnt call me and tell me that they were backordered. still worth it though:blah: :p .

i try not to ever deal with any dealerships...ill order parts off ebay or www.planethondaracing.com

Update: Honda of Troy said the parts were on national backorder, and nobody has them.......................Isn't it funny that their competitor has them sitting on the shelf and now they are on their way to me! Why can't they just tell the truth? :rolleyes:

I've been to there so called showroom, If you ever see it you wouldn't buy anything from there. My garage is cleaner and more organized then that place its a real dump

Planet Honda got me my parts in four days! From the WEST COAST!!!! They are fantastic!!!!

They are always quick and accurate!

never had a problem with hondaoftroy, i ordered a 130 dolalr fender from them on monday at 4 PM and had it the next day (only 8$ to ship too)
