450r starting problem

My 450r takes about 12 kicks to start, and it won't start when choked. I found out it's getting too much gas, what would I adjust. It has the HRC kit.

Did you check your fuel/air screw? Maybe the petcock is clogged up.

OR

Your bike is mad cause you have a Harley on the way :p
