What should I put on my blaster to get it race ready, for under $1000. I have nerf bars and thats just about it. I have my front rims insideout to give it about 2 extra inches in the front. But what else should I do?

Douglas .190 offset rims all around
Maxxis Razrs all around
LRD,Paul Turner/Duncan, Dynoport..pipe and silencer
Boysen or active reeds
Tag/Renthal bars and grips
skids(if your racing xc)
pro design kill swtich

that will probably put you at $1200

it's kinda hard to be race ready after 1000 bucks on a blaster, but those parts up there will at least have your handling and general feeling a lot more race worthy.

do you want to add performance too? because that's a whole dif story and will take you past 1000 if you want stuff like wheels tires and nerfs too.

well i'm just trying to get performance mixed in with stance, so i'm just trying to start out with $1000 worth of stuff to get it started and then add more later

i would get a filter and pipe and silencer, reeds, axle, bars and some front shocks that might help in performance and hadling because i dont need a front end yet because u reversed the rims but even out the rear with the front with an axle, suspension blasters need em imo

if your on a budget get a parking brake blockoff cable. that helps a ton with the stock rear brakes. get some works shocks up front. they are only $325 or so. get kenda 18" klaws for the rear, and a 14t front sprocket. get some handlebars, wider axle, and you will need a kill switch.

What I would get NOW with the $1,000. Would be some beadlocks and 18' tires on the back. Then some .190 rims with 20' tires on the front. Then an LRD pipe, and a tether kill switch..

For it to be race ready your gonna need, a-arms, axle, front and rear shocks, swingarm, and probably some motor work..
