I have the whole thing...I was going to use in a 250x frame but never got around to it. I have the swingarm...carrier...axle...rear hubs...and rear shock. Possibly needs bearings but that's about all.
I'll take $200 shipped for it all.

This is a pretty good deal shipped, the 350x axle is a +2 compared to a 250x stockwidth.
