What is needed to race over at LACR? My son is also ready and I was thinking of taking him to LACR also.. How old is your dauther and also what do they require? What class is she going to race in?

This is also my sons Jehm blast 50cc with Kase plastic.

Hey quad_rider, I talked to Earl over there at LACR he pretty much runs the tracks over there at LACR. They try to go by the National rules.

1. My daughter is 5.5 yrs. old Due to her age, she can only ride in the 0-50cc limited stock class she can ride in this class until she is 8. But is eligible to ride in the modified 51-70cc class when she turns 6 and can ride in that class til she is 11 yrs old. Here are the quads specs for 0-50cc limited stock class -- the following may be changed from stock: tires, wheels, internal portions of the motor, sprockets, gearing, twist throttle, handlebars, grip, handle bar pads, front bumper, rear grab bar and jetting. No other modifications are allowed INCLUDING carbs, air box and lid, gas tank, exhaust systems with spark arrestor, wheel base, width, rear axle, a-arms, electrical system, shocks and suspension.

2. The quad needs to be fitted with the minimum of: nerf bars, tether kill-switch, and number plates front and rear. Of course the rider must be wearing: pants, jersey, helmet, goggles, gloves, chest protector, and boots.

Look forward to seeing you at LACR this weekend, sign-ups at 9 am, practice 10am and race at 11am, $30 peewees. If you want more info, feel free to PM and will exchange numbers.

Nice quads!

What tire size are you guys running in the front? Is it the same as the rear?

I noticed that my daughter's front end seems to follow the terrain alot. It makes her veer to the side sometimes if you know what I'm trying to say. Our tires are taller and narrower. Maybe you can tell from this pic. How do yours steer with the flatter profile on the front?

Can't compare to your taller and more narrow tires. But they seem to turn with ease. I've ridden and it seems to handle just fine. The front and rears are the same size, 16 x 6.5 x 8
