What exhaust is best for the 450r????

any body have some advise to the best pipe for the trx 450r

I bought the Curtis Sparks pipe and am very happy with it. I have not seen or tried out any other pipe though...

we got the full hmf bill balance series for the 450r.

it should be here today and i will let you know how it handles.


also our quad is being all fully modded for mx to.

I bought the LRD, as stated above, I have tried nothing else. I don't think there is a whole lot of difference in the premimum manufacturers. Get the one you like and looks good.

I have the Duncan, my brother has the WB E-Series slip on and my cousin has the HMF slip on. All three are very good IMO, but the Duncan and HMF feel like they pull harder on the mid and top end.

My brother has the HRC kit and a LRD full system pipe and that thing flat out moves... but im sure all the other pipes do to. I say get what ever pipe you like the best because they all are probley going to be good. :cool:

My friend put a full TC on his....whew...that and some K&N adds even more arm ripping power, lol!:devil:

One thing though....this is some loud freaking exhaust. You won't be sneaking around with that pipe on!:eek: :D

The HMF Bill Balance is awsome. Saw it run last night. Went from a 118 main jet to a 210 w/no air box lid. Just flat out awesome.

im going with the tc pipe because of the sound and how short it is. its deffently the best lookin pipe. also around November im getting my motor work from them.

Hmmm, I wish I had some pics of that for ya. One of my sponsors just got the 450R and is TC'ing it up 'cause he and the TC master are pretty good buds!:p

The pipe looks mean and sounds even meaner...I was very impressed....and am now fairly deaf, lol!:huh :devil:

sorry no #s but he said with a hrc kit and his pipe that i would set, because i told him i was waiting to see what kind of cams and stuff would come available, and he told me to get the hrc kit
