yes it will...i tried it on my 350x....powdercoaing will only stand up to 350 degrees.....what you can do is put a ceramic metallic coating on it........which can be either chrome like,,,,or black satin,,,,or a other base material can be put on ,,then some color coats,,,,and even irridesent colors like red or blue.......i did mine in a ceramic metalic that polishes out....

.....if you have a stock header, maybe you can buy a a after market header that you can powder coat and not flake off.
:macho :blah

so what header on anything only gets to 350..degrees???? sorry anything hotter and powdercoat will come off.....maybe not all at once.......but it WILL come off.:blah :p

but i guess if anybody wants to pay someone about 75..(quoted to me by universal plating)...to have their headers powdercoated,,,,,and then complain that they got ripped off cause it is coming off...especially at the head....nobody is stopping you.... :D

300ex rules....i can add prism powder to any color.......:D

Shoope1.....i can powdercoat anything that can stand up to the 400 degree cure temp....as far as how it holds up......nothing is indestructable.........but powdercoat will ware much better than liquid paint.......i mean if you smack a huge rock.....something has to give.....but it is pretty tough stuff..........

My frame and swingarm was done by universal plating. It cost me 375 for it all. It was a two-coat job or something. Or maybe i just got ripped. It looks good though.

I had it done right here in White City, Oregon.... they did something to the inside also but I don't remember what it was called, but it is supposed to disapate heat better...anyway 106.00 total for the pipe and heat shield. the heat shield is just regular powder coating but the headers are ceramic coated.
