Do rev boxes increase your topend power? Im thinking about geeting one for my next mod. Are they worth the money or should i get something else?

Most suck. I know the GT Thunder and I believe the TC racing are ok. None of them will give you ANY benefit unless you have a motor with a fair amount of work to it and even then it's minimal... The 400EX HP peaks well before the rev limit stock and/or with minor mods. Even with major mods, it usually peaks before the stock rev limiter hits. I got my GT Thunder one for next to nothing so I bought it and I have motor work....

i believe the gt thunder box advances the timing 6 degrees. so you are not suppose to use it with a sparks key. i was told they were nice but i really don't know.

on a stock bike, the rev box will do next to nothing.

I recently bought a Sparks box and the only thing I noticed was it was a little bit more snappier. But do remember that your battery has to be fully charged or you'll have probs starting. I ended up getting a battery from Pappy which did the trick.
