Cold weather?

Anybody have probs in real cold cond.,iceracing etc?Im thinking about buying a 450R and wondered if plugs fouling is as big a prob as with 400ex.I know about jetting but I still fouled plugs like crazy in -0 weather.Also any probs with kick start in extreme cold?

I got my bike in Jan. I never had any trouble. It kicks over 1 to 2 kicks no problem.
