freestyle screw ups

im just wondering for everyone in here that does freestyle, have you ever screwed up real bad in the air? like try and do a nothing or super man or whatver and somehow let go of your quad and you like land on the ground or anything? or maybe you didnt get your foot over the bars in time and lane with your nuts on the handlebar or somthing like that? so just post your screw ups here!!

Yeah, this one time i was doin a tripple backflip can can super man, but then i remembered i left my hair dryer on. So it totally messed me up. I would have got it on tape, but i didnt so yeah.:(

i was in tountan one day at this massave jump some guy hit it tried a super man but never let go or pulled himself back and landed that way and broke is his back where th hips and the back meet

i tried a saran wrap and didnt get my hand back on the bars and landed one haded and crooked, i hit my knee on the bars but that was all:rolleyes:

last week i did a double can can and when i kicked my foot out i took the teather cord with me and it shut off my quad in the air and i was like, ok wtf is wrong with it now...i figured it out after like 5 mins of looking lol

back when i was learning nothings on a blaster I kicked my arms and legs out to early and after doing that I noticed the quad moving forward away from me.

So what do I do, i put my feet back in so that it would slop the quad from going away. Well needless to say it just flung my feet forward and up as the quad kept floating away and landing facing backwards w/ my feet up in the air head first.

2 years ago on a friends tabletop my friend was jumpin it with his fourtrax 300 2x4 and when he jumped his feet came off the pegs and he couldnt get them back on before he landed and he kinda ran em over.......:o :p

at a local track that i had never been on, i took off and was following a few guys, well it was REAL dusty, i just put the hammer down to try to catch up.......o and hit a double jump that i didnt know was there, went WAYYYYY to far, and ended up on top of a left hand berm.....no broken bones, but bruised from head to toe as i tumbled away from the quad and the track....

Bent Axle, bent handlebars, screwed up plastic, bent clutch and brake lever (after this i got ASV's), funny thing is i bent the handlebars back as good as i could, and rode it the rest of the day....every time i would get on it in 2nd or 3rd there was this insane wobble from the bent axle!!!!!!

I was racing MX at our local track, I was about to finish in the top 5 (best finish ever for me) I was pretty stoked so on the final double (about 60 ft) I did a nac-nac and got my right boot caught on the stap on my left boot (don't ask! It was sloppy) any way if this weren't bad enough I didn't clear the double! It still hurts thinking about it. I was pretty bruised up and bent my fist pair of protapers. But at least my whole family got to see it happen.:eek:
