Good buy or not?????

i found a 2001 400ex in the local paper for $2600. it comes with a k&n filter, dura blue axle and hub and racing fenders. is this a good buy or not?? thanks

check for cracks in the frame and what not make sure it wasnt beaten to ****, also test ride it:macho
