The basket will have slight lateral play, that's normal. Everything may look fine, but it's probably time for new plates and springs. Make sure grooves aren't worn in to the fingers of the basket. If there are grooves, time for a new basket. I put a Hinson in mine after getting the engine work done, but you CAN'T use Kevlar plates with it! Good luck, let me know how it goes.

I took it all apart and my basket has alot of play in it i think it could be the bearing and or the bushing.

Check Midwest Action Cycle, they carry a lot of LT parts. If you think the bearing and bushing is worn, it would be a good idea to replace the basket. Clutch kit too. Their number is: 1-800-343-9065.

If I remember correctly, the manual didn't have a torque spec for those bolts. Just tighten them, but don't use a half inch drive ratchet! Those bolts go in to an aluminum basket.
