any one out there with black plastics

i wanna get some black plastics for my 400 EX but im worried that after a little riding they will get all scratched up like the black platic around the gas tank.

Look into laker customs black plastic, probably the most unique around. Mine did get a little scratched from my boots and pants, but if you are really worried about that, you can put clear vinyl over the areas you would rub, and that'd take care of the problem.

I love my black plastic. It looks awesome. I have also gotten alot of comments on how good it looks from other ppl. for the small scratches a torch works well, lightly and carefully just heat it slightly and it takes the small scratches away. I then use armor all plastic protector and it shines like new. I would do it again.
