400ex problem!

I just got my 400ex back from the shop and they adjusted the values and jetted it i got home and went for a ride and the thing has no power! it keeps bogging! i called the shop and they said it was running fine when they rode it i am taking it back tomorrow but can anyone help me?

i think they over tightend ur valves i dunno anything tho bout the motor
