450R shocks on +2 400EX a-arms?

Just wondering if anyone has tried to run TRX450R stock shocks on +2 a-arms on a 400EX?

Hey jjthekj, I will be mounting my 450R shocks on my 400ex that has +2"ASR A-Arms soon when I purchase some Elkas for my 450R. Have you tried it yet? If so let me know ASAP.

I've heard that after removing a bit of material from the "eye" at the top of the shock it's a pretty direct bolt on. I've also been warned of strange problems potetially popping up.
