Well I finally am almost threw with my 400ex rebuild! I sold my 250R no problem and have paid for the 400 with no out of pocket money. Heres what I ended up with. Wiseco 11to1 426 piston, Stage 2 cam, Port and polish from mikeboone, and a full bug gun shorty exhaust. Up front I have a Roll desighn +2 chrome stem, Burgard long travel chrome +3 A arms with TCS quad rate shocks. In the back is a dura blue +2 eliminator axle with a pep ZPS conversion rear shock. Also a K&N filter and the choke removed. I did several drags with it this weekend against a YFZ with the but plug pulled out and I could pull him for the first 300ft then he would slowly pass me and by the time we hit the end he would be only 1 to 2 quads ahead. Not to bad for the old 400 I think. He also had no airbox lid and it rejetted. I am confident I could take a stock YFZ with no problem! Over all I am very happy with my decision to sell the 250R and get a 400!
