i have found it now... does anyone know about a shorty pipe for the 400ex?
shorty pipe? u might be thinking of buyin a pipe and cutting the silencer...i dont think neone makes a shorty silencer...sparks is by far the best pipe tho...that and lrd along with duncan...i went with sparks and i am very very pleased...say bye bye to duncan and lrd :devil:

oh i didnt know about the shorty thing it hough you could buy them like that? :rolleyes: my bad. i guess i will check in on CS then

Sparks is #1 in my book ...
if your looking for a shorty ... tc racing ...
But I will warn you now ...
Sparks is LOUD ... Very loud
Tc is even louder

I have been pleased with my sparks pipe I agree with the sound it is throaty :D

they do make a shorty version look in my pic below.. I sure didnt cut mine,....mum performance...... Sounds great and gave ALOT of power. Just no spark arrestor with it...

does anybody know the db leval of the sparks x-6 ?
i am not 100% sure...but i would say 105-112 db

The dmc is supposed to be 106.
I know my x-6 is deffinatley quieter than my DMC. But there are a lot of variables involved.
Does anyone have some real Db numbers?
