I HAVE JUST REBUILT MY 300EX. CURRENT ENGINE HAS A .60 OVER 11:1 WISECO, WEBB 254 GRIND CAM,WEBB TITANIUM SPRING AND RETAINER KIT,PORTED AND POLLISHED HEAD, NEW 3 ANGLE VALVE JOB, DYNO JET RUNNING A 132 MAIN, CURTIS SPARKS REV BOX,K&N FILTER WITH OUTERWEAR, AN NGK IRIDIUM PLUG, AND A FULL DG RCM EXHAUST. IAM JUST NOT GETTING THE POWER THAT SHOULD BE COMING OUT OF THIS CONFIGURATION. STILL SEEMS WEAK AND VERY SLUGGISH ON THE BOTTOM END, WANTS TO RIDE ON TRAILS IN VERY HIGH RPM'S. ANYONE HAVE A SUGGESTION ON WHAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE OR AT LEAST A SOLUTION TO IT.

have you done any testing with other jetting?

whats the plug look like after a chop test?

check for air leaks in the airboot and good a good carb/airboot seal.

do you run a airbox lid? if so maybe try removing it.

yeah your jetting could be to big. My friend has the same setup and they only run 128 but that all depends on your altitude and stuff. maybe try a 128 and see how it runs.

I KEEP GETTING TOLD THAT DYNOJET NEEDLES ARE WAY TO RICH TO RUN WITH BIG CAM ENGINES. ANYONE ELSE HAD THAT PROBLEM? WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET A GOOD NEEDLE FOR A 300

just try your stock needle and see what that does.

you should probably run a 128 main and a 42 pilot with the needle clip 1 notch down and 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 turns out on the mixture screw. i have a mod 300 with boring and all too and it works great in the low end.
