Mickey, 416 WB-E quiet core jetting? help please

Hey Mickey D. or anyone else in the know. I just got a quiet-core insert for the E-series (D23 is cracking down at the harescrambles).

1) How many disks should I run? I would think all 12 if I can pass?
2) What main jet?
3) screw setting?
4) clip setting?

Here's what I'm runnin;
416 JE 10.8:1
Hotcam Stage 1
Stock Carb
E-Series slip-on w/Quiet-Core
K&N w/Outerwear - NO lid

All stock jetting with a 160 main jet. 12 discs should be good.
