800$ US for the piston, rings, sleeve, gasket and the machined crank. You do have to send your crank in for trade.

how much hp do they make ,do they stroke the crank.how long have u had yours 4.do u know if they will handle nos

the piston is a 90 mm and the crank is stroked to 77mm insead of the stock 70. I think some people on here run alcy but it sould be no problem running NOS. I makes about 45HP and about 75FT/PD of torque. Trust me you won't need NOS unless you want to drag race. It would be way to crazy for the trails.

crazy is what i want.what kind clutch do u use.is the 500 trail reliable

I just have the stock clutch. But I forgot to say they send you super stiff clutch springs.

As far as the reliabillity goes I can't really say cause I hade some touble with me teuds pulling out this winter and have bean to busy to work on it but I finish university today so it will be back up and running in no time. I hope.:devil:
