Quiet Pipes?

I need a pipe. I want it to be quiet though. Any other suggestions than the WB E2? I also want it to be GNCC legal!

I think the HRC end Cap is a lil loud. Starts to bug me during a 3 to 4 hour ride.

I have seen an FMF exhaust that has a quiet core in it. I have no idea how loud it would be but thats my 2cents.
