carb problem

After riddin i went to run all the gas out of the carb when i could here it bogging out i pulled the choke to run it dry all of a suddin my engine started reving i think when i pulled the choke it just gave the motor a big burst of gas, but im not sure

why is that a problem?

So far you'v told us you can turn the gas tank off (working properly) and that your choke allows more gas to enter the motor (choke working properly)

wheres the problem?
