ok since your 13 im guessing you dont weight alot? ok if you are pretty good weight than get somewhere where your tires can catch traction, like a driveway, or yard, dirt etc.. scoot your rear to the back of your seat and there is 2 ways to do this.
1.rev your motor to a good rpm range, you determain it, then let out on the clutch pretty fast and you will probally feel your front end pick up. so just keep practicing on that and soon you can ride them a long way that way
2.put your 4 wheeler in 2nd gear and start rolling with your rpms low, do not make the engine lugg, keep the rpms up put not REALLY high, then just slam the throttle down hard as you can and pull pack with your arms and the front end should pick up.
some people put there foot on the grab bar and stand on that while there doing a whellie, it is easier
ok try those i hope this helps you!
