Ok ...

I am running an rpm +1.25 swingarm
RPM Axle
LSR Twin Row Bearing Carrier
LSR Locknut

Just to make sure ... the zerk fitting on the carrier ... As long as its pointed down(to where you can get to it) ... this is how it should be right?

Now ...
I put in my axle ... put the sprocket on ... but the brake rotor on the anti-fade ...
(* I havn't torqued bolts down on anything yet*)
The axle itself has play from left to right ... What should be what?
lol ... I know this isn't helping much at all ... but if I slide it all the way in to where it wont go anymore (all the way in on the sprocket hub) ... everything clears ... BUT you can still easily put it from side to side ...

Also ... should the lsr anti-fade be torqed down? ... or what?

I hope somebody can help me because Im lost here ...
Also ... Anyone have problems putting there ex hubs on the rpm axle? ... they dont wanna just slide on ... do you maybe have to tap them on?

This is all for a 400ex by the way ...

Hopefully someone be able to help me and give me a good kick in the right direction on what's going on ...

-Mike

you need to tighten your anti-fade up aginst the C clip on the axle.

can you go more into detail??

I have the axle ALL the way in ... It wont go in any more(pushing from the left) ...

when I slide the anti-fade onto the right side ... put it on the splines ... do I push it ALL the in to it seats into the bearing carrier a little bit?

then thread the locknut on?is there a tourque spec on that locknut

you need to put your brake rotor all the way on first, then your anti-fade onto the splines, your anti fade is what will tighten everything together.

ok thanks man ...

how tight should the anti fade be?

I put the brake rotor all the way in ...
and hand tightened the anti-fade so far ...
with it only hand tight it still has a little play from side to side

once I tighten it up with a pipe wrench will the eliminate that play?

yes it will eliminate all the play. Tighten it very tight with the pipe wrench.

thanks man ....

you've been a huge help ...
I appricate it ...

Now when you say really tight ... how tight? lol ... I know that ppl say not to over tighten it because it will shorten your bearing life inside of ur carrier
