Yup, the lead's good for its lubrication and cooling properties. The purple leaded fuel I run is 110 octane, I was wondering what octane your leaded fuel is? Just because if you dont have a high compression piston you will lose more power if your leaded fuel is high octane, but it won't hurt your motor either. Just never put it in anything that has catalytic converters like in your car because the lead will react with the metal oxide catalysts and create a solid plug in the converter. :eek2:

Yeah that sucks you're stuck with the 25 gals you bought. On anything less than 12:1 ratio motor you lose more power using the 110 than if you were using just regular premium. I did it when my my motor was still stock 9:1 compression and it seemed to make good power. Its also makes your seals last longer. That stuffs expensive I pay like 3.50 a gallon but its not bad b/c I don't use much fuel MXing as if I were XCing.
