hey,
i weigh 100lbs and if i was on a raptor and my friend 150lbs was on a trx450r who would win?? he cant ride as good as i can.
also if he would win stock who would win with mods?

This is from my experiences...If u "race" a raptor, like on an mx track chances are that the 450r will win. But in a drag race a raptor would take a 450r....now this is from my experience, i have heard alot of stories about a 450r taking a raptor in a drag race, but i still have not seen it happen. If someone would like to post some pics with a 450r taking a raptor in a drag race, i would apperciate it. But for now i am sticking with a 450r will take a raptor on an mx track and the raptor will take a 450r in a drag race...just my .02

I weigh 235 pounds and have an HRC kit on my bike. I have personally raced a raptor up comp. hill at Florence, OR and beat him every time no problem. I think he had a pipe too. However there was another raptor there that had a bunch of stuff done to that I couldn't beat. I let my firend ride my bike and he only weighs about 140 pounds and he was at least 3-4 bike lengths faster on my bike than I was due to the weight difference. So stock for stock with approx. even weighted riders the TRX will win. If you have a LOT heavier rider on the TRX then the Raptor will win.

ive raced a raptor with a yosh pipe several times. Ive never lost on the 450r. Not even close. I used to have a raptor. Im telling you the 450r is way faster. You should loose.

i dont like yamaha but ill give the raptor this....its got some balls when it comes to straight line drag racing....but when it comes to the mx track...a 450r would hand a raptor its arse...hell a 400ex would hand a raptor its arse due to the fact that you have to slow down so much to take a turn on a raptor without tipping...
