400ex starting issues

400ex has alsways been cold blooded, due to rev box. Just bored to a 426 and now,even when warm is a rip to start. Battery is new and fully charged. Any help?? is there a larger battery someone has used????

tyr putting in a bigger pilot jet. I had problems when i put my 416 kit in and it didnt want to start. I put in a 42 pilot and never had a problem since.
