help please with ac full skid

I just received a new ac skid for my 450r but it only came with 3 fram hangers. I was wondering if this is norm i havnt tried to install it yet anyone else out there know this awnser?

Ya same thing mine came with you use 2 of them for the center set of holes and one on the front mount
